This means that you do not need to worry about paying us if you are unsuccessful in your claim.

We have a Legal Aid franchise. We will advise you as to whether you will be entitled to have Legal Aid to fund your claim at our first meeting.
No Win No Fee
No win no fee work is referred to by lawyers as “Conditional Fee Agreements. This involves you entering into an agreement with us. We will specify that we will not charge you for our fee if we do not succeed in your claim. If you lose your claim (in cases where there is no Legal Aid) you will have to pay the Defendants’ costs. We will, therefore, take out an insurance policy that will do this for you.
