This firm has a Legal Aid franchise, but Legal Aid is not generally available for non-medical personal injury claims except in exceptional circumstances. Because of that we offer to act for our Clients under a “No Win No Fee” Agreement (known to lawyers as a Conditional Fee Agreement). This means that you do not need to worry about paying us if you are unsuccessful in your claim.

Because we deal with nothing but personal injury claims we understand the stress that a serious accident places on the Client and the family and, therefore, our approach is always sympathetic. We will prosecute your claim with vigour be it a simple tripping accident or a spinal injury or brain injury.

We are members of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel, the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, European Brain Injury Society and we are on the Headway approved Solicitors list. We are committed to ensure justice for the victim.
