YASMIN AMEER

Yasmin Ameer who heads our catastrophic injury work has been practising in the field of personal injury work for 23 years.

She is a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel, the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Panel and the European Brain Injury Society and the United Kingdom Brain Injury Forum.  She is a Solicitor approved by Headway.  She works closely with a number of organisations that have been set up for the benefit of the victims of catastrophic injury.  Yasmin Ameer is on the Court of Protection Panel and is often appointed as a Deputy by the Court of Protection to act for clients who, as a result of serious head injury are unable to manage their financial affairs.

Yasmin has a special interest in representing children who have had the misfortune to suffer head injury.  She is a member of the Children’s Brain Injury Trust and has acted for many children who have suffered head injury as a result of Road Traffic accidents or clinical negligence.
